Professional
The Moldex3D Professional package is an expert simulation software that includes the eDesign package, which is enhanced by the revolutionary Boundary Layer Mesh (BLM) automatic mesh type, significantly improving the speed and accuracy of calculations for plastic products with variable wall thickness.
It includes the complete Moldex3D eDesign package
BLM (Boundary Layer Mesh) – the highest quality 3D mesh, increasing calculation accuracy and speed
Support for Parallel Computing – considerably reduces computation time, utilizing up to 8 CPU cores
Non-Matching Mesh Technology – eliminates the need for laborious fine-tuning of multi-component models (e.g., connector overmolding, plastic and non-plastic inserts)
3D Coolant CFD – enables the creation of advanced cooling systems for analyses with variable mold temperatures (Rapid Heat and Cool Molding, RHCM) and Conformal Cooling

Moldex3D Advanced Solution
The Moldex3D Advanced Solution package offers demanding users an increased computational capacity in the form of three Moldex3D Professional licenses. Additionally, it combines the benefits of 2.5D and 3D modeling for large-area products. Only the highest version allows the use of Add-on modules for the calculation of optical products and the RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) technology.
